"The entire project was great from start to finish. Mark came into our home, gave us a good quote, and by the time he finished I felt like I knew him for years. Mark was very knowledgeable and experienced in his field of work. When his crew started the project, his forman Miquel and his men were very professional and treated our home like it was their's. He was very easy to talk to and went the extra step to make sure we were satisfied. The men covered all of our furniture and moved all the furniture to do the project. The workmenship was second to none. When the project was completed we could't believe the difference it made to our home. I would recomend CertaPro Painters to everyone, and we intend to use their services again next Project."

"Well while the crew (of three) never showed up at the time they said they would (all three mornings they said they'd be there at 8 am...the earliest they ever were was 8:30) they were professional at their jobs and polite plus they had no issues listening to me when I asked questions about "are you going to fix that up" or "why isn't this painted yet" type of stuff. Above all they did a professional painting job. My place looks much better now."

Was not happy with the Certapro policy of going around the horn trying to talk to our original sales rep. (Mark Kahn) It would take far too many extra phone calls to get answers instead of talking to the man directly. Plus he showed up the day of the job acting like he didn't have the correct information for our paint color for which I still have the email I sent him and his assitant on April 12."

"We are sorry that you experienced a communication issue. There are occasions when our staff are on vacation, in training, or attending to other customers and are not immediately available at the exact time someone may phone. We strive to answer ever customer when the they call and provide assistance with any question or needed guidance. The confusion in the paint color was a result of a custom sample that we attempted to match for the customer. The sample swatch was out of date and the numbering was revised by the manufacturer. We needed to be certain and confirm that the new formulation was identical to the color they wanted. We did this by going out to the home and personally verifying the new selection before production began. We appreciate your input, and have put some changes in place to ensure this doesn't happen in the future. We are very happy that you were pleased with the finished work, and the crew that did it for you.”"

We had a repair company come and look at the stove and they ordered a replacement. A month later they came to replace it and CertaPro picked up the bill. "Well there were a few places that I wasn't satisfied with around the wood work, you don't notice until the work is done. There was still paint on the metal around the window and tile floor, I don't understand why they couldn't clean that up. I had to scrape it off. I didn't notice right away. I did walk around and they fixed what needed to be done, but this was just after. This is big house."
